A lead-by-lead effort audit of both Zolve loan advisors β every dial, every connect,
how long they actually talked, what was discussed, and the red and green flags on each case.
Built to answer one question management asked: leads assigned are many, connected calls are few β why?

The short answer: it's a dialling gap, not a skill gap
When either advisor picks up the phone, they connect at a similar rate β
John 37% vs Swatika 42% per dial.
The difference is how often they dial. John makes 3.6 calls per lead (median
3); Swatika makes 1.4 (median 1) β
she rings most leads once and moves on. Only 44% of her 211 leads
have ever been reached against John's 60%.
Advisor scorecards
Green = the stronger of the two on that metric. The hero tile is dials-per-lead β the effort lever.

Where the book leaks
Of every lead assigned, how many survive to each depth of contact. The drop from
"assigned" to "dialled" is pure effort; the drop after "reached" is conversation quality.

How many times was each lead dialled?
The very top of the funnel β call attempts per lead, however far it later got. This is the
purest read on effort: a lead that was dialled once and dropped had almost no chance to convert.

Most leads barely get a second try
John left 64 of his 204 leads (31%) with one dial or none; for Swatika it is
154 of 211 (73%) β she now rings almost everyone once but rarely calls back. A single
unanswered ring is not a worked lead. The AI-agent comparison shows what happens when every lead instead gets
dialled ~10 times: reach jumps from 52% to 76%.
